B-B-But he takes 3 pointers
3-23 from 3 and still can't stop taking them![]()
I'm not a fan of TS%, because it accounts for officiating, which fluctuates every game, dependent on the style of officiating of each individual referee..it also doesn't account for the fact that certain teams are allowed to play much more physical D than other teams, therefore, a player that relies heavily on drawing free throws, won't have the same advantage as he usually does..
eFG% is a better stat IMO..3-pointers obviously have to be accounted for, and Kobe fares pretty well in that category..
Kobe from 2006 to 2010: 49.1%, 50.2%, 50.3%, 50.2%, 48.8%..
Wade from 2006 to 2010: 49.9%, 50.2%, 48%, 51.6%, 50%..
Lebron from 2006 to 2010: 51.%, 50.7%, 51.8%, 53%, 54.%..
Jordan from 1991 to 1997(excluding 2 years, including 2 past prime years): 54.7%, 52.6%, 51.%, 52.%, 51.%..
