Actually, they do. In order to win the le, you have to get past Miami. This years Heat team is much better than last year. The Bulls lack the offense. Outside of Rose, who else is going to step up? Boozer isn't a playoff performer. Noah is limited. A 33 year old RIP?
@ the Odom trade. Lakers went from having a good bench player to zero good bench players.
Bulls bench carrying the team just like last season.
Bulls ain't winning a le with this group. They peaked last season. Heat beat them 4-1 last year. Could be a sweep this year.
1ST QUARTER
Bulls: 22
Lakers: 20
Bulls finish quarter on 12-2 run. 2nd unit of the Bulls established itself
Kobe: 2 of 5 & 2 of 3 FT's. 6 pts, 3 rebounds but 3 Turnovers
Gasol: 4 of 7, 8 pts. But only 1 rebound
Rose scoreless through 1 Quarter
Bulls are the deepest team in the NBA, but they're going to have the same problem, tbh..
They only have one penetrator, they still lack a legit secondary creator, and they still have Boozer..
Gasol looks good, Kobe looks alright..the rest of their roster is atrocious..
Why is your team ''much better'' than last year? Battier?
Guys don't have to step up. Guys like Boozer & Korver just have to not step DOWN
Chicago is pretty awful though... I expected more from them, especially defensively
There's no reason for the Bulls to help on Metta, let him try to score, he can barely dribble a basketball..
Gibson > Boozer
Asik > Noah
Our bench is playing out of their element. I think we have some pieces. It's gone take time to gel. Admittedly they are gonna suck for a while without LO guiding them.
Fish is shutting down MVG
They have enough pieces to deal for Howard & still have depth
But Dwight doesn't want to win bad enough I guess
He's shooting 3s this year. Mixed results so far.
Bulls winning
Rose, Hamilton & Boozer = 2 PT's
