He's not getting paid anyway.
He is opting out of his contract. It will cost about $8-$9M for the Lakers to re-sign him. It'll happen.
I still like Sessions, tbh. He showed flashes of brilliance, just the bed in the playoffs. I'd prefer Lakers gave him 1 year to prove himself, but only if the price is right.
