Splitter, who's the Spurs second best interior defender and probably their best man post defender at this point considering Duncan's age. Jefferson and Milsap are better bigs than Randolph right now and the Spurs had little problem containing them, without Splitter.

They are better than how Zach is playing now, but it still remains to be seen if this is all we can expect from Z-bo. That being said, there is still unknowns regarding Gay who played better today than last game and might continue to get into playoff rythem. You have Gasol who is beasting, it might make more sense to put Splitter on him.

Also, Parker might have a harder time getting in to score. The series would depend heavily on the shooting of Manu & Leonard to punish Grizzilies tendency to double team in the paint.

ZBo's not 100%, half the he put up today he made last year, so that's more pressure on Gasol should they meet.

last yr was contract year for zbo and injury this year....hopefully this series extends to 7 games and we catch either team on a 1 day break instead of the 2 for game 1 opener...
