Jones meeting Sonnen was so tense.. Jones clearly did not expect a talkative and classy Chael. These guys were joking around in interviews a few weeks later..
I thought the first show was good. The fight next week should be interesting although I think Gilbert will KO him.

Thanks as always for the links Ace..
move of Ultimate Fighter to Tuesday night, with bigger name coaches in Jon Jones and Chael Sonnen, led to a significant increase in viewership.
The two-hour debut episode, which showed the fights to get into the house, did 1.51 million viewers based on the fast nationals. That would be significantly ahead of any episode of the show since moving to FX, but still below the levels the show generally did in its previous incarnation on e. The final daily numbers were not yet available at press time due to delays caused by a Monday holiday.

Gilbert made a mistake trying to catch Luke's flying knees, successful early, costly at the end. Luke didn't know what to do when he had top position and opportunities for elbows/punches to the head, and got reversed too much after getting a TD.
never know with slight of hand marketing, Uriah could be the one getting knocked out, but I hope not. He seems like the guy who could win it all with his skills/confidence and maturity.
Plus like talking to my friend about it, you see Sonnen rush in the cage (could be a sign it is Uriah and he is checking on his downed fighter) while Bones just awes.

True, you never know. It could also be Chael rushing in to celebrate. Idk, but it should
Be fun.
Does not matter whose fighter it is - Sonnen would rush to check on him - that's my honest opinion.
Well this fight was not that great and telling the truth Gilbert was doing fine job till that knee. It's all good - Sonnen wining
btw. Jones team are such wussies! Wtf they are scared to fight and wants to pick opponents. This is what mma turns into. No fighting just gameplans and tactics with little cohones
I missed the first episode and forgot to set my DVR (and I finally just watched episode 2 last night), so I haven't seen Hall fight. Is he really that impressive? Everyone seems to be talking like he's the second coming of Christ.
Whatever the case may be, I am really pumped for Tuesday's episode.
His striking looked crisp and explosive in the pre-fight to get in the house even though he did not finish. Didn't get a look at his ground game or TDD much. He looks to me like a raw talent with good striking.. I kind of think the days of superstars coming off TUF are at an end. MMA is large enough now that big time talent just sign with the UFC. We'll see though..
Dana White @danawhite I wanted to put up the raw uncut version of the KO 2 nite on @TUFonFX up on the website and our lawyers and the network said no in way!
Dana White @danawhite
We will see what I can do

damn
I didn't think it would be Uriah because he has good head movement (Silva, Ali type stuff)
So i guess hes the fighter Dana said "Nobody wanted to fight because he sends everyone to the hospital". So I guess unless I misquoted that then nobody is stoppin him for a while.
that was brutal. Uriah is one scary ass dude. Even the toughest guys there have to be somewhat intimidated after seeing that.
Whatever grapplers are left in the house are thinking TD and only TD after that..
