Usually a single shot to the chest with a .40 or .45 will fold a person up like a cheap lawn chair tbh.

Did you see this when it happened? You seem to know a lot about what happened.
nope. I'm just going by what I read and heard on TV. You do know that the majority of cops lie in their reports to justify their behavior, so we may never know what really happened. Anyways, there are many ways to subdue and calm down a drunk person. Getting physical with a person(esp if its a male) while their intoxicated is always going to lead to an altercation. It's just the way we are built. Fight or flight response. I once had a fight with an SA officer who was working security at a club by 410. I was 20 at the time and had been getting my drinks bought by my cousin. I guess the dude busted me while I was at the urinal and tried to arrest me right there. Without even calmly telling what I have done, he just grabs and twists my wrist as I finish peeing and gets me into a head lock. I try to wrestle out of it but the guy is just too strong. I'm telling him, "let me go, I'm leaving already". I had to grab his balls and squeeze them hard for him to let me go. He's there twisting in pain on the floor and I just bolt out of there running for my life. I'm running a million miles an hour on the access road by 410 and quickly get into a taxi that's by sugars. I get my ass home and realize that I had a joint in my Malboro box. So if I had gotten busted at the club I would of picked up like 3 cases. Assault and possession, even though the cop was the one that started the altercation.

Maybe because the cop harassed him first. When people are pissed off and drunk, the last thing they want is for somebody to put their hands on them. The cop should of protected and served by talking to him calmly and then offered him to give him a ride home or to his brothers. Instead the cop treats him like a criminal and this is what happens. The cop still a murderer. It don't matter how much the SA government and the media try to justify and sugar coat his death.
from the report on ksat, the cop was responding to a call "Sgt. Frank Bellino, a 26-year veteran, was responding to a call for a man behaving erratically at a nearby gas station."
then this "then offered him to give him a ride home or to his brothers." they get paid to preserve the peace not play taxi.....that is why they have taxi's.

it sucks when young people die, but just think how this would have been different if he didnt get drunk and could drink in moderation or better yet not be drinking at all since he is only 19.

    this has turned interesting

yes I understand that. But the cop was a 26 year old vet and should of known better how to handle and subdue a skinny drunk Mexican teen. Going by common sense, I'm guessing the cop approached him the wrong way. Probably didn't say to him of "what's going on, how could we fix this", instead the cop went Steven Seagal on his ass and tried to arrest him. The kid was probably trying to push the cop off of him (so he could escape) and the cop took it as assault instead of self defense. So he in shoots him like the pussy he is.

Stop trying to pass off your conjecture as what actually happened.

    r u serious?
lets say you are, really the cops has to fix family issues now? did you read my last post? they are here to preserve the peace not resolve arguments between drunk people.
plus ,there is a whole bunch of followers who dont like cops because their favorite rapper says so and now they say the pigs and kill them etc. so if a cop uses excessive force every now and then i can forgive them.

yes because I'm pretty sure every 19 year old is out there to push cops into traffic and ruin their whole lives forever. Have you ever been in a fist fight or an altercation redzero?

I never claimed that EVERY 19-year-old wanted to do that, so that's a stupid response.

So you were drinking underage, holding, AND resisting, and the cop is the only bad guy here? Sounds like you would've fled like a REGARDLESS of how the cop approached you.

I resisted cause I felt like I was getting arrested unjustly. Like I said, the cop surprised me and I acted naturally as you do when your getting attacked. I had already made the decision that I was going to fight back and I had to carry on with it. The Jason Bourne in me didn't want to go in for stupid reasons.

My point is that the cop should of treated him like a suicidal person and called for more backup since he was behaving erratically and without a shirt. I think the cop taught he could subdue him easily and quickly(due to the kids age and size) and make him pick up a few cases of assault and public intoxication along the way, just to get money off of him and his parents. The kid fought back and resisted and the cop shot him.

with that kind of thinking, you would of just let the British win the Revolution because we have to follow the law and you shouldn't resist. Sometimes you gotta be a man and stand up for your rights to drink and smoke peacefully. Violence is sometimes the only way to do it because you can't do with paper or politics in the real world.

"stand up"? it sounded like you grabbed his balls and than ran like a . doesn't sound like much "resisting".

What? Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? no!
And it ain't over now. 'Cause when the goin' gets tough...
The tough get goin'! Who's with me? Let's go!
What the happened to the Delta I used to know? Where's the spirit? Where's the guts, huh? This could be the greatest night of our lives, but you're gonna let it be the worst. "Ooh, we're afraid to go with you Bluto, we might get in trouble." Well just kiss my ass from now on! Not me! I'm not gonna take this. Wormer, he's a dead man! Marmalard, dead! Niedermeyer...

When somebody has you on a head-lock, the testicles are the weakest link and one of the only techniques you can use to get out of it. You can't stay there like a dumb-ass and get yourself arrested like a little .(did Liam say I'm sorry to the cops he disabled in Taken 1,2?) If you already did the dead, and you could get away, might as well just finish what you started. I taught about staying there and saying I'm sorry, but I would off gotten my ass kicked by the staff, then sent to jail afterwards. It worked out good in the end. It doesn't always work, but it's possible to avoid getting arrested sometimes. You just gotta be quick, smart and fast. You gotta be a risk taker. I'm guessing the kid tried to do the same and it backfired on him.
