I once heard someone say that Obama was the closest thing to Hitler they have ever seen. It made me kinda chuckle at first & then I realized I was disgusted. Leave it to a ing Texas conservative repub to compare Obama to Hitler. I am still amazed at the comment.
God wants Obama to win ergo Sandy. That gave Obama the last minute chance to show he's not George W. Bush 2.0. That gave him the chance to show a contrast between two response times. As tragic as it was, he made out like a bandit. He would have won regardless, but he pretty much took a huge Ron Paul on Romney after that.
It's not as far fetched as you think. Both were about change, both were really well received, both could hit the 3.
