I truly don't give a about his whole story and I'm not sure why it makes so much noise on the internet.

It wasn't the smartest move from Parker and Duncan to pose for that poor taste picture but they were just having fun at a Halloween party. It wasn't the smartest/nicest move to post the picture on the internet.

At the end, the league will either do nothing or fine them which doesn't matter. Duncan and Parker have so much money that a fine of a few $10K won't hurt them.
