With Dwight, Pau, Nash, Artest, Jamison they should be good, Kobe has nothing to complain about.

The problem is Kobe shooting too many shots. Lol 32 shots. Guy has 3 HOFs on his team and he's still shooting 20-25 shots regularly. Lakers' last two wins Kobe had sub 20 shots. I don't care if he's shooting well. Parker could shoot 20-25 shots at a 50% clip, but it's not the best interest for the team.
That is not the "THE PROBLEM" that is one of many ... too many turnovers, leading to transition buckets, lack of depth, a reliable bench scorer, poor 3 point shooting and FT shooting, lack of athleticism and poor defensive rotations. But I agree he is shooting too much ... but Lakers are awful. Him shooting less would only help the transition part and maybe the 3 point shooting.

more than likely they would but it's a combination of things. You're bigger than everyone else and you bring in a coach that uses smaller players and shooters that do not stress defense. Jim Buss is brutal.
But does Brown lose his job if Kobe isn't playing, taking every shot in the game?

Lakers have lost 9 of 12. In the 3 wins, Kirbs has taken 19 or fewer shots in each. In the 9 losses, he has shot 22+ times. Correlation is not causation blah blah but that's no coincidence.

It's amazing how players continually underachieve when placed alongside Kobe. It's almost like they don't get enough game experience or they mysteriously stop impacting the game as much.

Haha some of the responses. "You haven't figured out yet they don't give you an extra point for high degree of difficulty shots"
DPG great pull ...out of ALL the crticism of Kobe this is teh one I find most valid ... IF kobe took 32 shots and they were all high quality ones, I Would still say he shhots too much but would live with it. His shot selection has remained terrible. sure he makes some amazing shots but to me even in his best years that was his biggest flaw ...

No, he probably keeps his gig because that would be the excuse for them losing if Kobe is out or injured.

Kobe had a bad shooting day it happens...but actually you should be the one shutting tha up...you gonna really toss out that about that got ass Gasol FINALLY having a decent game.... please...all these Spur fan es have an agenda and an axe to grind...as long as were losing they're cool....Kobe says something that could get the wheels of change spinning and now Spurs getting scared because it could mean a positive change...well every Spur fan and they mammas...Kobe doing what he has to do..he's the one making Dr, Buss $75 mil a year..it's not ing Gasol, Nash, or Dwight's rudimentary ass

uh, that three bad shooting days against teams they should wax ....... I know you love Kobe Bryant to death and is probably one of the few people who thinks he's better than Jordan (that debate was now and forever is terminated) but just as long as this is his team and he gets to do whatever he wants in his final years, won't be no parade coming the Lakers' way. That's fact. Number don't lie.

When he shoots less, they win.
When he shoots more, they lose.

For someone who's supposed to be so skilled, he's really stupid. He has one of the best mid range games in the league, yet, he's 0-6 from three range. That's the difference between he and Mike. Mike knew his 3 game was garbage. That's why he didn't shoot many and killed fools on the box? Bryant? Struggles the last two games and then goes out and shoots 0-6 from three. Now, you can take Kobe's from ya ass and put it in ya mouth. That might keep ya ass quiet for a while.

Still trying to push through. Kobe approaches shooting slumps the same way he approaches a hotel worker's sphincter.
