This sucks. I hope it's just precautionary because as Duncan goes so do the Spurs.

Popovich Out (Sick/Wine Night)
someone should sue the spurs for not playing duncan and not having pop there.
maybe cardboard pop will make an appearance over coach bud's shoulder.
Well, that sucks. Tim with a sore knee is what concerns me the most.
Second option, no doubt.
THE RED ROCKET is going to carry this God damn team tonight, es... Prepare to be WOWed.
Hard to argue with that. Spurs are a long shot at best, a gimpy TD makes it impossible.
Coach Bud with some worrisome comments pre-game. He said Duncan (and Kawhi) weren't locks to play against Dallas.
Hopefully that's just Bud being coy and not a sign that something serious (or semi serious) could be wrong.

what is up with the injury bug. meanwhile Thunder are oblivious to pain or injury, must be that meth mixed with PEDs tbh.
btw this pic cracks me up every time. that cat looks like mine tbh, he sleeps across my bed the same way tbmfh.
ooops wrong thread.
Just hope it's nothing chronic with tim. My guess is he'll prob sit out on friday for precautions but play on saturday imo.
The Kawhi Leonard effect:
Dan Devine @YourManDevine
After missing a month with tendinitis, Kawhi Leonard came back on 12/21. Since, the Spurs are 15-3, have No. 4 O + No. 2 D, +11.3-per-100.
Mike Monroe @Monroe_SA Kawhi Leonard says he's good to go for Spurs vs. Mavs in Dallas tonight
Good news about Leonard. It will be hard enough without Duncan tonight.
The Mavs will be in for a revenge... I hope they take it easy with Kawhi and that Duncan out is part of a masterplan to have him also rest on the ASG weekend
Awesome. If Leonard can chip in at both ends that should really help tonight.
i see where Dallas is letting Delonte West return to the mavs' D League team in frisco. cuban's clutching straw!
Mavs are 5-1 in their last 6 and the loss was an OT loss against Thunder. Even with everybody except Tim, it will be tough game to win for Spurs.
I thought Memphis signed him like 2 days ago?
While there's no such thing as a good loss to Dallas, there would be a silver lining to a loss tonight. Every Dallas win increases their chances of finishing ahead of the Lakers and beating them for that 8th playoff spot.
