NBA: Current troll game on ST

While I know you're not specifically referring to me (I think), I was a DMC fan from day one and never talked to him when he was the most hated poster on the board. I appreciated his smug trolling style and laughed at the way he pissed everyone off.

Calling Dirk top 15 or the 2nd/3rd best best PF of all time isn't really a homerish opinion, since Dirk has a very impressive resume that not many players can match. I know you believe Dirk is not worthy of top 15 all time great status because he isn't an elite defender, but neither were Barkley or Malone, two players I'm sure you have over Dirk. On the other hand, having the opinion Dirk isn't a top 15 great isn't a "hater" opinion, either, since the fact he was never an elite defender is a strong argument against him. I personally have him in the top 15, but I could see him as low as 20-25. Ultimately, neither opinion is hater or homer. Dirk at 15 or Dirk at 25 are both equally valid takes.

I do think placing Dirk out of the top 30 is getting into "hater" territory, though.

Malone was a much better defender than Dirk ever has been, and he has longevity going for him. Barkley, I dont have a problem if people put Dirk over him but he was an elite rebounder. People always bring up those two or even Bird and Magic to defend Dirks lack of D, but all of them were dominant in other ways (Bird and Magic were triple double threats). Dirk was an incredible scorer which is a big ing deal, but thats really the only aspect of the game where he dominated. Ive always said that its actually a testament to how great his offense was that hes either just in the or borderline Top 25 (imo). Anyways, it absolutely is homerish to scoff someone for not thinking Dirk is top 15 all-time or for considering KG better...which is what basically every single mavfan did. They even went as far as to say that Im biased against white people.

We all know this has to be asked given the overall downfall of the game here at ST. The game before consisted of Harlem and his Heat trolls, BUMP and all his trolls, D4MVP and his few good trolls, DOK and his few, Rogue and some of my few Laker brethren and their glorious trolls. Those mentioned come to mind, my apologies to those I missed.

Anyway the game has been noticeably weaker and without the peril due to all the -sucking and constant circle-jerking that goes on here. Nowadays we got middle age losers like ElNono and Clipper Nation acting a youngin and . just don't fly like det, bruhs.

I vow to stimulate the game on ST -- calling things as they are for what they are. This weak ass troll game headed by loser s like Midnight is out the ing door.

The ST troll era is sadly no more. Because of that, The Lakaluva Library has experienced a severe drop off in new content acquisition. As a result, our patronage is at its all-time lowest and our funding has all but dried up.
