I recall Zak doing something involving his car window and a cop and he blamed himself also.

Actually, I think that may be where the argument arises.
It says "it may be travelled safely," and that yellow is a warning, not necessarily a regulation.
I wonder if the cops are trying to use that as their enforcement. If they are, you may actually have a case, tx3rd.

Technically, the handbook says that yellow signs are a guideline for how fast you can go - and the difference between those and the white signs are that the latter's speed is the fastest speed you are "permitted" to go - so you could infer that you can get tickets for the white signs but not for the yellow signs.
It's been a while since driver's ed, though, so I could be wrong, but the handbook seems to support that you shouldn't get a ticket for something the yellow signs say.
