Spurs Forum is great - NBA - not so. I wonder why so many Laker fans post there - they have thousands of posts - don't they have a Laker board to post on. Seems strange to hang out so much on a Spurs site.

I totally agree with the sentiments of the old timers here. ST, like everywhere else on the internet, has been invaded by people with no regard for decency, no consideration or respect for others. Unfortunately, that is the way the world has gone. I see the same thing amongst many young people outside of the internet - no idea that living in a society means thinking about your impact on other people and acting to mitigate negative impacts. The Cult of Individualism is the main culprit, but there are many forces at work and that is a discussion for another time and place.

I don't know if they just want us to be entertained but I didn't find it funny at all.

I pick people up on this in the game thread all the time and some are apologetic and change their behavious, but most just tell me to " off, got".
