Pop will get into the heads of Bosh and Wade, we got this. Remember Green is a excellent defender along with Leonard. Green on Lebron probably? Spurs are going to have a week to pick apart everything about the Heat and how to be best effective against them. The Heat really haven't been challenged yet, I like our chances a lot.

    Yeah, this, but totally opposite.
Spurs just got done dissecting one of the best defenses in the league tbh. Miami is better at defending the PnR but they don't have an interior presence like Gasol or a noted Parker defender in Conley. They'll throw length on Parker of course but I don't know if they have a guy that can "shut him" down outside of LeBron and I'm not sure he gets the nod until they lose a game or late in the 4th qtr.

Spurs got a free pass defensively in that they didn't have to guard 2 players on the Grizzly starting lineup and only had to worry about one 3pt shooter (Pon). They don't have that luxury against Miami tbh.

    Not very.

But I am thrilled that the team is going and if the officiating is even halfway decent we will make it a great series.

If Manu and Timmy show up, it'll be interesting. Otherwise we're ed. Timmy's been solid so far in the playoffs, but he's been inconsistent with the outside shot which he desperately needs to hit against Miami.
But this series, he could actually have the advantage in the post. I mean going against Dwight, Bogut, & Gasol to going to possibly Bosh or Haslem? This could be the perfect series for him to get going in the post again.

Fundamentally you can get better but you can't change who you are.

I think we know what makes Lebron tick, and we have just enough collective will and wits to defeat him this go round too.

This is like team Dragon Ballz vs Final Cell.

    With Tony playing Gohan.

Verry Confident the Spurs will Beat the CHeat

    And here is why:

The CHeat won't know what hit them in the first 2 games. They think the Spurs are the same old Spurs from a few years ago. WRONG!

They won't be able to defend Both the perimiter and the paint.. Pick one and hope the other does not beat you. They will chose the paint and if the Spurs shoot 40% or more from outside the CHeat is toast. And if they come out to defend the perimeter then Tony and Timmy will slice them up inside.

LeFraud is weak minded. He will have some great games but when it comes down to executing against a Veteran team with good defenders he will have at least 2 4th qtr meltdowns. Make LeFraud work on the defensive end and by the 4th qtr he will slower and less effective.

Pop is 10 times the coach that Spoiledstra. Pop's leadership and system will be worth at least 1 win in the series if not more.

Parker is on fire and if he matches Wade 1 for 1 in production, which he will. Its a win.

Spurs in 6 maybe in 5

We're better then the Heat ALL the way around. Lebron is the only hope they got, which might be enough...

I would say 50/50 honestly. If Dwayne Wades health is questionable, and Duncan can hit his jumpers more often in this series, we have a serious chance to win. Spurs look healthy and motivated as well. This will be a great series

I am predicting the spurs in 6! I don't believe they can win a game 7 in Miami. They will need to steal one of the first two, which is doable, and maintain at home.
Then your prediction is Spurs in 5

The finals are going to be epic! I can't wait to see it. I think the Spurs can win. I'm pretty confident for many reasons, but this will be a team unlike any team we have played before. We beat the first and second best front courts in the league, and the best backcourt in the league. Now we must beat the best player in the league.

We have a chance and the homer in me hopes we win it all. Realistically though, I won't bet the house. If I did though I might win a ton.

    Homer: Spurs in 7

    Pragmatist: Heat in 6

I don't see how this series is not viewed as a toss-up. Besides the stern factor ofcourse. Their weakness is our strength. For once we play a team that probably rebounds worse than we do. Timmy and Tony should do whatever they want, Manu will make big play at the perfect time that's just what he does. So it will come down to role players whichever team can get more from their second-tier players will win. But I love our chances Go SPURS GO!!!

It's going to take an A- or higher effort from almost every player, or at the least an A+ effort from at least a few players, to pull off a win against Miami.

Considering the fact that these two teams have not played each other at full strength makes it so much harder to predict. I'm too anxious just thinking about it.

This would not happen, but I would LAUGH if the Spurs swept the Heat.
