I just made an observation on your modus operandi as a poster. No slight on you, really as a lot of posters here do the same thing. The only motivation, it seems, is to have the ability to save face with the non-Spurs fans as a "realistic" poster (if the Spurs fail to meet expectations) while, at the same time, remaining a "loyal" Spurs fan. It's a cop out and I thought it was pretty accurate.
There is nothing wrong with being a realist, but when you go to extremes of negativity and fail, you are going to get called out. I've been wrong before, it's just part of the deal. Before game 3, DMC predicted the Spurs get backdoor swept. I then started this thread. The Spurs then blew the heat out by 36, ending his prediction as quickly as he made it and after disappearing in agony after the Spurs blowout win, he has returned to act like a little and embarrassing himself ever since.
