Never said anything about them not being legal - I am giving you real world info - this is not something that is common and this is something that is frowned upon and it happens in extreme cases. When it does happen - you better believe there will be lawsuits - whether they have any validity or not and whether they were done properly - following all the guidelines or not. There will still be lawsuits and the state in question - or at least the state I work in - has already decided that they would rather run the risk of someone successfully hiding a weapon up their orifice and killing a law enforcement officer -
than encouraging cavity searches.

Although I think it's possible in some rare cases to reach an ideal state of marriage- totally unselfish and generous, like Ghazi's marriage and the one described in Cully's novel about the love affair involving "Jennifer", "Robert" and "William".
