Mojo must have been uploading more than what falls under "fair use."
LOL .
I just subscribed to that a few days ago. I liked the top 10 countdown they did.
Youtube you ers.
Mojo must have been uploading more than what falls under "fair use."
Bits and pieces of clips which they probably got off of trailers to begin with.
No, I watched some of their videos in different links. There was much more than just off of trailers, and you are being intellectually dishonest if you actually watched their to 10 stuff.
I have a few thoughts that revolve around the way you make money with Youtube, but not ready to voice it until I find out more.
They were clips you could have found anywhere on youtube. Even now you could go back. The clips didn't even last for more than a 15-20 seconds. It wasn't like they were spoiling the movies and . , most of their clips was years old. lol C'mon. Get your Youtube stick off your ass and see things simply for once.
I see with an open mind.
Do you?
You seem to have already made up your mind.
I ask again, Did you watch the video I posted in #75?
Just did and it didn't help. It just explains how it works.
I'll ask you this then..
Having watched that video and them saying that they only take action if so asked by whatever companies to take whatever videos down, then why in teh blue are they flagging and taking videos down by themselves without having the go ahead from said comepanies?
They're going Rogue is what it looks like.
I think it has to do with the commercialized aspect. Now I never watched Mojo until it was brought up here. I'll simply make a wild guess that they were collecting revenues. I'll guess from there that when they were asked to reply to the content ID match, they claimed it was theirs to make profit on, and used the dispute option. The originators of their clips disagree.
Do you have any evidence their videos were taken down without asking the copyright material owners first?
I now have three uploaded videos that I "acknowledged" containing third party content. I think if you dispute these when they pop up, there is a hold on the copywriters profits from ads in youtube. I "disputed" the first one until reading more about the "ID Content" stuff. I then changed it to acknowledged.
It's just a guess, but I will guess that Mojo was trying to avoid sharing ad space.
Good old rhethoricals. Why even bother?
Its common sense though. These guys have been doing this for a while now and all of a sudden they get taken down now when all of this hoopla is going on? Coincidence? That would be one of a coincidence one has to wonder if it was at all.
Oh well, another good channel gone although they do have their own site.
Yes.
They have their own site.
The UEFA only has one show to complain about. Mojo did use several minutes of their material in one video alone that I watched.
That's rich.
WatchMojo channel is back up.
record as much as possible to re post later.
I got a bunch of copyrighted (game footage) and the account didn't get touched tbh.
