It was the only next generation console available at the store I went to. Got it during Black Friday on a good bundle package. It's not that bad tbh. My only complaint is lack of games.

I remember preordering the PS4 the summer before it came out kind of randomly. We were at the mall to get a gift for my girl's boss's birthday and saw that they were taking preorders on the PS4. Did it and let me friends know that they needed to get on that . lol

It was one with Walmart lol. I got battlefield 4, deadrising and some other chump game for half their price irrc. Looking back I should of waited for the price to fall by a $100. I don't even use the ing kinect.

Yeah Kinect is cool the first day you get it and then it just becomes a pain in the ass. Everyone I know prefers the ps4 as well but I'm too loyal to the xbox--maybe its bc Im not enough of a hardcore gamer but I dont even notice differences in graphics/performance. I prefer the xbox controller too.
