I whole-heartedly disagree.
I guess my problem with Phelps is he's not a full grown man yet. He's too young...looks like he's in high school, which is fine I guess for those women here in their late teens/early twenties. But I'm in my thirties and to me, a guy is not really manly enough- and therefore not sexy enough- until he's at least 26. I think men are generally at their sexiest and most appealing when they're about 34. Even in my early twenties, I thought guys in their thirties were much sexier.
