EPIC EPIC EPIC ing choke and it makes me sad to see because Lebron didnt earn it. It would have been the momemt Sauron collapsed like in LOTR for Spurs fans. No more trolling, no more jokes, 5=5, and Tim Duncan surpasses Kobe in fact because of the small market angle and level of talent. I still think Duncan is the GOAT PF but that collapse was too epic.
cmon now, Duncan surpassed Kobe a long time ago. That's only a debate among people who are easily brainwashed by the media.....like BnrFan below.

Hard to say it's an epic choke when we were the underdogs the entire way. I was surprised it got as close as it did, and yes I thought we could pull off the upset but like DMC was saying, we lost homecourt and the defending champs, most likely mainlining PEDs, weren't going to go down easily. But yeah we got real close to taking down the corporate juggernaut. I think it was TE who made the analogy of 300 to the Spurs. They were the more imposing army, but our sense of execution is unrivaled, and for a moment we thought we were going to pull off the impossible, but it was too much. TE also said Manu was like that hunchback who ed things up, and that's pretty good analogy. We did however show that the Heat weren't invincible. Granted, the Mavs proved this first, but the Heat looked unstoppable this last season, like they were going to realize the "not 1...not 2....not 3" .
Did you get your tubes tied?

Was it Midol or Preparation H?

I still dont understand why you would have a top rebounder on the team sitting on the bench when you are a missed shot and a rebound away from a championship...
Neither can any body, the world doesn't understand what Pop was doing. The game was over. I have chills at this moment just trying to make sense of decision that poor and a collapse that monumental. Tim Duncan had his 5th ring, and at 37 years old beat "The Great Lebron James" at 28 years old. It's unfathomable the give away.

I'm aware. TBH, your trolling would have been better suited a few months back. It would have hit hard. There is nothing that can really be said that hasn't already. So now I think you blew it, if you are going to troll, troll hard and effectively.

^You have to take it, 21. You've been touched. You've been scarred. Sure, you'd be better off if it had not happened, but, at least you got to experience a sharp agony like absolutely none other.

It's like a tennis player with triple match point in the fourth set and still losing the match. But it doesn't change the fact that Lebron also choked and was bailed out by his overly-stacked team. He sure needed a lot of help to win those 2 les.

And yet, faced with imminent loss whom did Media target & prep for the tree of woe? Bosh. Separated him for the herd and got the marching orders & talking points dispersed. & he'll be the fall guy till they fall.

James is it. He is all there is---NYC & Media will not permit him to be touchedPERIOD

And the kicker? James wears it well. He's honestly unassuming and near childlike. If he weren't LeBron James he'd be dressed to the 9's and going door to door with the Latter Day Saints.

this is a very interesting take. I know you probably don't mess with video games, but on NBA 2k14 there is a LeBron game mode where you have to overcome obstacles like the flu game, switching teams and playing on stacked teams things like that. It really made me laugh seeing all those different things and hearing LeBron actually say those things. What a ing joke. Everyone is trying to be like Mike. of course there's the season where LeBron gets Kobe to come out of retirement and play however they do not make the finals that year and I thought that was funny. you are correct in your assessment that the media writes the script for the stuff. It's not nearly as dramatic as they make it seem.

Thing is for me this is no troll job. I dont have the heart to troll someone on something like this.
I just want for the blokes on here that try to deflect to be honest with themselves if not with me or the forum.
Of course you would not trade away that heartbreak for the 1st round sweep, the Lakers suffered.
The begging was embarassing for a franchise like the Lakers.
    But that sweep will fade.
Howard in the end will prove to be a "missed bullet".
But those last 28 seconds will haunt you always and another championship is the only remedy or salve but not a "cure".
People on here that deflect to the excuses we were happy to be there, Heat were loaded Lebron is the GOAT are only fooling themselves.
Dem Mavs succeeded where you failed just two seasons earlier. Pacers were also close last year. With a great coach, GOAT PF and that lead THAT late it is a collapse period.

I don't enjoy the misery because it feels to close to my own ... but I respect it and I empathize. Thje more they point at the Lakers payroll or the begging tells me how deep dat still hurts.

it's kind of ironic that Lakers fans seem more haunted by it then Spurs fans. Spurs fans have moved past it and are looking at this year already. Lakers fans keep looking back though at what could have been. That must be a symptom of having a really piss poor franchise right now.

Not true, x. SF is just now, in this very thread experiencing the grieving process that their subconscious refused to acknowledge for over six months. I think its remarkable.

Spur fans are in a state of denial as are Laker fans.
Some Laker fans think a le with Kobe as an alpha or a 2014 playoff run is still realistic ...
Spur fans are trying to find ways to cope.
Lashing out, deflection are all obvious signs.
REAL Laker fans that were there for 1984 get it, it hurts.
Younger or immature ones try to troll yall ... because they never had to really bare that sort of pain.
sure the Lakers have lost recently and dramatically, even in the finals ...when favored ...(2004 and 2008) but most of them... never experienced anything like "6" it's a game changer.

And this is true for all forms of media, not just sports. "Corporate news", what a joke. More like "corporate-sponsored misinformation and propaganda." Turn that off and use the internet, the last free domain for real information.

I guess Tammy was just so aroused at the moment he had to sit down for a while to soften his down, otherwise the hard object would've obtruded and embarrassed everyone attending the game tbh.
