buy some codones, tbh.
Find a corporate renter, even if you get a low rent, at least for now. They often have people temporarily moving around wanting places for employees to live short term rather than in hotels.
Renting > selling. If your property is in a prime spot (eg. near commercial spots) then it makes more sense to rent out your place since there will always be takers
But the danger is what if they suck at paying their rent, and that's where you do a little background check

Real estate values are always about location. If the condo is in a good location where you think it will continue to increase in value and you are handy with tools and can do minor home repairs, plumbing, painting, etc. renting is probably the way to go IMHO.
That's what I plan to do with my daughters house that I bought when she decides to move up to a bigger house. Houses in her neighborhood are going up 5%+ a year.
You just have to qualify your renters. Do a complete background check, credit check, etc. Solid people rarely do a 180 in their lives and trash a rent house and ruin their credit.
GOD DAMN IT. JPM missed their estimates and the stock is down by 3%![]()
At least Wells Fargo gave me something to cheer for. Thinking of dumping JPM for WFC...
Maybe even offer a slightly below market rate so you got lots of applicants - and you can choose the best one who will be grateful for getting a deal.
chasin tha dragon. you should buy more jpmits ata bargain
Jews will always steal your money away at the end of day no matter what you invest in. To me, every penny spent on education is a wise investment because money comes and goes, but knowledge/intelligence never escapes you.
Buy a 3x reverse dow etf.
Then if you don't get out in time before you get monkey-hammered by the fed in a week sell it and buy a 3x long etf.
diversification is for pussies.
How long have you been taking hormones?
