"SK" Leonard sounds better than "sugar k". it can mean 2 different things
He is and has been "The Hand" as dubbed by Patty Mills. If I recall they were talking about what Kawhi's superhero iden y would be, and they decided it would be "The Hand" which I think is perfect. The sign his teammates make on the bench would be his superhero logo across his chest.
In my house he is simply 'Predator'.
No the I front of it because he is what he is without a knickname.
Everyone on both teams knows he is around. They can feel his prescience. They know he will show up somewhere and reek havoc.
Predator
Agreed tbh. I really don't see why so many people dislike it...might help if they got it right and didn't think it was "Sugar Kane" instead of "Sugar K".
SpursFan86, i can never concentrate on your posts because of your sig lol
lol
I can't concentrate when I see this sig. It makes me want to jerk off right then and there.

That's kind of gay, tbh. Why are grown men discussing jerking off? Smh.
I did not see a discussion. BTW, it is not gay to jerk off to hot women, on the contrary.
Just talking about it is gay. Tbh. And then the emoticon with its tounge sticking out, wtf.
I didn't like it at first
Now I do
Bet it sticks
How bout Patty Wheels? Shaq threw that out there too
That emotocon means what one is saying is in jest. Duh!
talking about jerking off is not gay.....well, unless you are talking about using another guys hand to jerk off, that is gay.

Cue the Sugar K Leonard account
Gotta love his response to the nickname -
Monroe: "Kawhi, the TV guys have been trying to give you a nickname tonight. Had you heard about that yet?"
KL: "Yes. Um. A few people told me Shaq or Barkley were calling me Sugar K Leonard (laughs)"
Monroe: "You OK with that?"
KL: "Tshh, that's there job, to come up with stuff and sell it to the fans, so - it's alright with me."
Monroe: "The NBA TV guys were calling you The Claw. Do you like that better?"
KL: "Um no, I don't like that one (laughs)"

Was that at the podium? Hilarious.
Yeah, you've gotta check it out:

Best mood he's ever been in during an interview, it was goods.
Shaq seems to have a knack for giving nicknames. I like it. Spurstalk salty as they didn't come up with it first tbh
Sugar K isn't bad. I like it. But tbh I probably like "The Hand" better since Spurs players already have a Hand salute.
That's not a hand salute, that's the Claw salute....it's from the movie Liar Liar with Jim Carrey
That may have been the origin but the Spurs use it as the signal for The Hand, similar to the bat signal for Batman.
