Powell? He was lied to in the "data" he was provided for his UN speech.

He and he staff knew it, but he, being a "good (German) soldier", went ahead and LIED to the world anyway.

The fact remains that the bogus WMD strategy was the third time the Bush Administration tried to move the goal post after they had already drawn up war plans in association with PNAC....anyone remember the iraq 'imminent threat"? bogus....the Saddam association with Al Queda?
