Have no idea. Wells' report supposedly makes a stronger case for the team than for Brady. I wouldn't be surprised if the team were punished but the media just doesn't care enough to focus on it.

What's funny is the one case of clear, indisputable wrongdoing is McNally taking the game balls without the refs permission. That's absolutely against the rules and the Patriots should be punished accordingly. Instead they're going to punish for something without concrete evidence.
