I 100% agree on the Kawhi will never be a League MVP. That's not really a knock against the guy though. The HOF is full of great players who never won a League MVP. Kawhi has the talent and work ethic to become League MVP....but playing in the Spurs system....it'll never happen. Especially, with Pop limiting players minutes like he does.

The "I'm just talking about Kawhi to keep his Stans in check" post really irritates me though. Your analysis about a player should be based on on-court performances. Nothing more. If your judgement is based on whether or not the people you hate on ST like him or not......that's just.....smh.

I agree, the "Sugar K" is a dumb nickname that doesn't even reflect who Kawhi is.

Why replace an interesting, singular name like "Kawhi" with some lesser nickname that is a struggle to dream up? If it doesn't naturally suggest itself, a nickname isn't very good. All of the suggestions for Kawhi just seem contrived. Nobody is gonna say, "Kawhi who?"
