Hopefully the Spurs shut this Golden State gotry down.
Strauss and company want to award the Larry O'Brian trophy to the Warriors already because they have nothing else substantive to talk about. Amin, the perennial spur hater and new bandwagon hater, Wos, is along for the ride. Strauss is basically taking a shot at the spurs by saying the Warriors players think the spurs are not a threat. Yes we know the warriors beat the spurs once. One game. Let's wait until the playoffs.

All that matters is what the players think and I highly doubt GS is dismissing SAS. even if they swept the season series. What talkers do or think is largely irrelevant .

If this same Spurs team were the Lakers, that game last April would have been about as hyped as the Warriors' win in January, they'd constantly recite the Lakers pedigree and the fact that they've repeatedly beaten the Warriors in recent years.
They damn sure wouldn't be pretending as if they had to prove something to a far less accomplished team.

Whats funny is they didn't have a podcast when the Spurs beat the Warriors..and when it was brought up the injury/ 6 game in 9 nights etc card was played..
Yet we don't hear anything regarding Diaw missing last 2 games or even Duncan to an extent. Ya he's not a huge factor like Diaw but he's still a quality player.

I was watching ESPN2 today and some ty show called 'The Jump' came on with that witch lookin hoe Rachel Nichols and lazy eye TMac... They were discussing if the Worriers hold a psychological advantage because they beat Spurs at 100% percent
And she was basically saying all those old players who discredit Steph, and she's like 50all that cake and Botox got these hoes ed up

I do think at this point that the Warriors are more worried about the Spurs than the Spurs are about the Warriors. Spurs know if they play up to snuff, they're gonna win a head to head series. They're just deeper and more physical; and that is usually the biggest key.
The proliferation of Warriors riders/closet fans (as TD 21 called them) among the media has been quite annoying this season..Look at this dude who has a podcast with large audience ...He usually masquerades as unbiased analyst with no rooting interest, yet here he couldn't resist and lets his guard down.
Nate Duncan is a pathetic wannabe Bill Simmons without the basketball knowledge or humor to go with it. He calls himself a "cap expert" which is laughable. Why does he spend time even covering other teams when we know he is a die-hard Warriors fan-girl. All he does is drool on the pod with Danny Leroux. He also bashes Pop and the Spurs' 5 les every chance he gets, just like his recent podcast.
