The guy is throwing shyt on the wall & hoping it sticks.![]()
Rob used to be a writer on Grantland and now works for FoxSports. His nickname on twitter before was Roban Marjanovich lol he loves Boban.
Anyways, he just says it's not the spurs year. They need a better backcourt who can guard Curry and Klay. And Diaw should be starting. I don't get the LMA trade prediction because he has been great this season. It is sad to see Duncan on offense but he is still valuable on defense. Oh Rob also said that David West has a real big chip on his shoulder because he took a discount to play for the spurs, if they don't win it all it's a waste.

He does have a strong case about the offense though. There is not much ball movement, of course that is part of Parker's problem. He is having a difficult time running the offense as the main playmaker with the starters. Then when Mills and Manu come off the bench it doesn't get much better. When Diaw plays, it makes it a little easier.
Nothing is ever guaranteed. Let's see the first game.

I remember how in 2013, the Spurs seriously struggled at the end of the regular season, but were fortunate to land the Lakers in that first-round bye. That series really set them up for the rest of their strong playoff run, which nearly ended in a championship.
Here's hoping this series ends up the same way.
Really like the Memphis matchup. I respect Randolph a whole lot and would worried if gasol and conley were on board but fortunately that's not the case. Should be a hard fought series with Barnes and Randolph making each game compe ive but a sweep nonetheless. Hopefully the guys can get a nice rhythm going and pop can see the light and not play kyle. I swear every time he checks in I get so irritated. Unfortunately th game was not shown on Fox sports last night, major downer, but I saw the box score and it seems like Bob an stepped it up. On a side note, man was it a bit sad and exciting to watch our villain walk away last night. What a performance, 60 points, 50 attempts or not. And I didn't even give the Warriors a minute of tv ratings, not that it matters, but f- them.
In 5, we'll drop the guard at some point
Will be able to catch #1,#4 and #7 if it happens, let's go
Walk in the park matchup...
Keys....
(a) Bobo needs to get back into form.
(b) Martin and the team needs to get used to each other.
Honestly no reason for us not to sweep. Memphis went 1-10 (3-14 over their last 17) to close out the season![]()
This really might be one of the worst playoff teams in quite some time. Z-Bo is their best player, followed by...Vince Carter? Matt Barnes? Lance Stephenson?I think Tony Allen is coming back for the playoffs but regardless, that team is absolutely awful in its current state.
I'm struggling to see any scenario where we don't sweep. The only way we could lose a game to a team like this is if people aren't focused and playing with intensity. And considering it's the playoffs, that shouldn't be an issue at all.
sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepp
I am sure he's really smart in some areas. These areas don't seem to be them.
Yes. What you said. The trading LMA thing was the best. And, he obviously didn't see LMA and Tim play earlier in the season when they had some sweet hilo action going on. Tim to LMA in the post is nice. Tim feeds him well. If Tim can make his jumper, which is a big if, that pair is a dangerous duo.
That's a case like the case for arguing water is wet.
I don't think our backcourt guarding the Splash bros is a problem. It's most definitely playmaking and offensive punch that's the issue
Gonna be a long few days.![]()
Dream first round matchup. Should be a sweep and hopefully the other series go to 7 games so our old and banged up players can have a rest. No chance it goes to the last possession of game 7 like it bloody well did last season. I was hoping for the Grizzlies instead of the Mavs (the usually give a good fight and Zaza tries to injure everybody) and the Rockets (I just can't stand watching Harden flop away, the games against Houston go on forever with people just chillin at the free throw line)
Should be quick and easy. GSW on the other hand may encounter a tough series v Houston and OKC could have a tough time facing Dallas and keeping Durant and Westbrook from being injured.
Sean ****** said it best last night
"They need to be focused and not complacent."
if its a 4-2 series that is gonna be ed up
Green is a concern too his offense is ....
Patty's gotta find his shooting touch
i wouldn't doubt if Pop goes to Anderson or Simmons......but i doubt it

Kawhi's minutes are gonna go up, but I still think Anderson gets some run behind him and Manu.
Simmons probably won't see the court unless Pop needs to go for a spark off the bench...and even then, KMart probably will get that call.
You heard of the term styles make fights? The Rockets play at a pace that falls into the Warriors' hands and they have the worst defense of any playoff team by far. The Grizz would be tougher for them because they play hard despite being undermanned and slow the pace down to a crawl. That said, the Grizz would likely get swept by the Dubs too but the games would be closer and they would leave the Dubs with some bruises.
You might be too radical, but I though something similar.
Just put his health on top top priority. He's a finesse player so it's even more critical.
Also we don't want players attacking the finger on purpose knowing is too sensitive.
With that said, we don't know exactly the right course of action. But seemed strange nonetheless.
I think this series will be a sweep, whatever care LaMarcus needs. Just have to make sure the Barnes of the world don't injure anybody and hope the other top teams end up with harder series somehow.
Spurs sweep.
