Why? because the Clits are the hardest team to beat ever?
Exactly. Harden, Coward and Josh Smith of all people did as much last year.

Warriors just have to keep the series against the Clippers close (very possible considering the Clippers' history and Warriors have HCA) and Curry may be able to return to smash them.

Because despite posting probably the best individual season ever, he would be coming off a championship and breaking a regular season record no one thought would be breakable.

Then when you factor in what GS did and the fact they are down 3-1 without him, only to completely reverse the trend coming off of an injury to win the series, his impact would be so legendary that his career trajectory IMO is greatest ever if he keeps it up.
That record was total BS, refs gave them all the tools to win if not they would have easily 7 more games on the losing side, Spurs should have been 1st but it doesnt matter now.
Besides the toughest conference (West) is now like Europe after WWII and the East is Chernobil add the refs to the mix and it is a big fiasco.
If you want to talk about things like the best player ever or at least the more valuable that would be Lebron, after leaving Miami they didnt even make it to the playoffs... in the east, and his new team went to the finals... actually he went 5 times in a row, I really doubt Curry could do the same with Utah or Sacramento.

You think if we tell Avante that Curry's a 12 year old Asian girl with a bad knee he'll go finish the job?

Rushing him back could lead to a tear and affect his career, GS is in a tough spot, nothing they can do. Even if they do some how manage to make it to the wcf their players are going to be dead tired.
They can't afford to not play him, getting the best record ever but choking away the championship asterisks their record forever. And when I say that I mean every time they show the record it will be accompanied by "*did not win championship"

This, that two weeks thing is a total misnomer. MCL injuries are devastating in the short term. Long term they arent that bad but he will not be 100% for a long while.

To be fair, the Heat had injuries last year, and Lebron moved to Cleveland along with Kevin Love looking to form another super team.

Maybe him moving out of Cleveland the first time is a better example.. Then again he left and the team went rebuilding. Miami on their side tried a re-tool, which is giving results this year even without Bosh.

Not taking anything from Lebron's impact. Just saying there were some other factors.

Avante has a different definition of finishing when it comes to underage Asian girls.

it wasn't even Beverly that did it.

If you watch the replay, the knee took the entire stress of the slip because the ankle braces he wears have no give. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Does this injury have anything to do with the earlier game with Houston where he began limping after he inbounds a pass?
    Left the game...

Regardless, anyone on the Clipps who will sack up and give Curry some Beverly type D? Pussy Paul seems the type who would go cheapshot again. But I am not talking cheapshot but just some Beverly harassment to the Golden Child.

Yeah but Kevin Love in his first season was a disaster and wasnt playing during the playoffs, Irving left after game 1 of the Finals and Lebron was naked vs the GSW and they needed 6 games, it was a brickfest Kerr the monkey coach was exposed too.

This is nothing like Ibaka lol.

MCL Sprain typically 2-4 weeks. But it's not like you're 100% after that time frame and an MCL is all about changing directions which is needed for Steph.

    They're ed.
Yeah, people here are underestimating this injury. Just because it's a grade 1 sprain doesn't mean there is "no damage" - it just means the human body is usually capable of self-repairing the damage. But that takes time, and it's a gradual process.

I won't say they're ed because it's still a great team without him. But it's a terribly untimely injury. I think Spurs fans have become so jaded and pessimistic over the years when it comes to luck/fortune that their assumption tends to be, "What's the worst outcome for the Spurs? That will probably happen."

In this case, my friends, luck is on our side.

This is a big deal. The Clippers are a damn good team and playing well. If Curry is out vs LAC for 3 games, they could easily be down 3-0 or 2-1.
The first 2 game will be at the Oracle & at best, the Clippers might split those games assuming Curry is inactive.

If Curry is out, Spurs likely play a fully healthy and very good LAC team in the WCF.
Blake has a torn quad which requires off-season surgery & Re has a bruised heel which requires rest. The Cripples WON'T be anywhere close of being "FULLY" healthy until the summer. Actually, Chris Paul might pick up an injury during the playoff...as usual.

With our luck Houston will push the dubs to 7 and lose the series.
