Can't top the nickname Kobe though. Named after a place best known for destruction (by earthquake), or a type of beef that once it's overdone is chewy and tough that you should throw in the garbage. Not to mention very pricey and if you don't know how to cook it, you basically have a very expensive fertilizer.
Finally the beef version is basically beaten through out its life to get that texture, and basically coattails the great wheat in the region to international fame.
