That's loser talk....POP had the better players, POP had the better bench.....that is plain getting out-coached....
There's is no adjustments Pop could have made to beat both Oklahoma City and Golden State, but it's easier for fans to just blame him.
He had too many variables go against him and the added issue of little front court size plus players that weren't desperate enough.
Not that I don't believe Pop has made a ton of errors throughout his time in SA, but fans are both spoiled and delusional if they believe it is "all his fault."

Leonard should have played more. Lebron played almost 46 minutes tonight.
Wrong!
He could of started Boban next to Aldridge and Bring Duncan off the Bench. He should of played Simmons over mills. Why didn't he use this lineup: Aldridge,Leonard,Green,Simmons,Ginobili? This is our most athletic and talented lineup, and you have quickness and size at every position. West, mills,Anderson, Bobo are absolute trash and shouldn't be in the league.
If Timmy doesn't blow his gasket midseason and had not shown up to the playoffs looking like the ghost of Timmy's future we don't lose the series. We needed him, but he's done as an elite player. Father time is undefeated and it is what it is. There were many other things, bench bigs, bench production, referring, whatever, but if we had gotten Timmy and not the ghost of Timmy's future, we have a different outcome. End of story. HoF player was not going to be replaced easily by D west. It's just easier from fans here to blame Pop than to recognize Timmy and Manu were caught up by Father time and the rest of the guys were not enough.
You're so intelligent. Your basketball IQ is off the charts.
What about 2014? Please review your detailed files and let us know the mistakes Pop made during that playoff run and how you would have done better.
Oh, just one more thing:

Yes, Spur fans complain entirely too much for one of the most successful NBA franchises ever. You would think they were the Atlanta Hawks, Denver Nuggets or something.
I agree, but what's the Warriors excuse? At least we were/are the old dogs so falling apart was inevitable.
It's time for Poop to resign or retire. CROFL, outcoached by the likes of Hollins, Brooks, Fili , Tom & a ing COLLEGE coach in 4 out of 5 years. GTFOH now you old piece of and go back to your stupid wine and golf schtick, basketball just isn't for you anymore.
2011 – played the Original Turd Towers the main rotation minutes next to TD against their huge post-heavy lineup instead of Tiago, refused to double/help off their mediocre shooters, couldn't buy a stop against their otherwise ghastly offense when it counted
2012 – lost his after the 20 game streak was broken, resorted to isoball instead of the ball movement that got us there, we get backdoor swept
2013 – trotted out 4 perimeter players and a non-rebounding big instead of Duncan or Tiago when we absolutely needed a stop and rebound at the most critical time possible... they get 4 chances to make 2 threes
2015 – Stupid HAJ schtick in bad junctures, couldn't stop them from spamming the P&R 40+ times per game, didn't have a clue
2016 – Turd Towers, Mills, Ander , no adjustments. Absolutely humiliating.
