The biggest difference between Bertans and Bonner is that Bertans not afraid to shoot. He doesn't care if he missed his 5 previous threes or if a defender is right on his hip. You definitely won't have to beg him to take open shots.

That and his shooting motion is harder to block vs the "side wind up and push" shot by Bonner... smh

Unfortunately no. I'm over here, dodging the wizzing bullets in beautiful, safe as El Paso.
A day with my head still attached, is a good day.
Bullets in El Paso? Place is boring. Can't wait to leave.

Second thought, spurs continue to maneuver the best they can without Duncan's decision. Need contact information to know a little more about what they're doing. Is this the room exception?

That'd be a steep price to pay and a disappointment. They should have the cap space to give him a $4M/2 deal with pure cap space, even accounting for everything else.

Yes, and that's what I've been assuming for a long time. The room exception is quite a bit bigger than that, though. The reason why it would be a disappointment is because it could break up what is actually a pretty good asset, when they'd have the cap room is Duncan just made his damned decision. Who the needs until 7/10 to make up their minds? That's just so random.

    Reminds me of Korver.
He doesn't move without the ball as well as Korver, he's more like ST favorite washed up Keith Van Horn w/ a quicker release.

At least something happened today. Good to see things getting ironed out.

Bench unit is starting to look more solid....Mills/Simmons or Manu/Bertans/Anderson/???.

Question now is whether Duncan returns, or if the Spurs can retain Boban. Frankly, one or the other needs to happen, or we will have a big hole to fill.

You're right on everything you said...but ease up on Timmy. He's the GOAT he can do whatever he wants at anytime..the ultimate exception
