Dana Rohrabacher said Thursday that it was "terrific" that voters got more truthful information about Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, regardless of whether the hackers were Russian. ...In fact, the FBI is in full agreement with the CIA, both that Russia was the source of the hacks, and that they were done to aid Donald Trump. But Rohrabacher isn't the only Republican who is cheering for a foreign power hacking into private email accounts under the supervision of an autocratic despot.

Collins is most famous for making statements comparing to the Jewish speaker of the New York State Assembly with Adolf Hitler and the Antichrist.
Both would surely welcome someone hacking into their own personal email to see what else they might have said in private. After all, that would just be giving people “more truthful information.”
