Funny, all the talking heads on tv want Congress to pass something. I'm totally ok with a do nothing, pass nothing Congress while the executive rolls back unlegislated mandates.
It's taken Trump to wake Congress up to the mere idea of asserting its authority.

He has done it just by being in office to a large degree.

thats a copout answer. plenty of experts have had good things to say about the conservative policies of past republican presidents. which of trumps policies have drawn the same kind of praise? what specifically has he done to improve the economy or anything else?
