I have watched more hockey this year than I have basketball, and that was before the Spurs was eliminated. The hockey games were compe ive (Penguins Senators Game 7 was phenomenal) this year, unlike basketball. And I am a basketball fan, and hockey casual.

The league has dissolved into this all-star game every game type of game, all offense, no defense, shoot threes and dunk. It gets boring after a few games, let alone 100.

I got sick and in tired of watching KD waltz through the lane from the 3pt line for an uncontested dunk. WTF!!!! When real basketball was played, that would have been clothes lined like a mufawka! That would have stopped period. No more free dunks.

NO D, soft ass NBA ........... Todays NBA

The game was also ESPN’s most-streamed NBA Finals Game 1 in history drawing in an average of half a million viewers, up 43 percent from last season.

NHL playoffs have been the most fun sporting event to watch since they changed the league following the lockout, tbh..will never stick with Americans, though, of course..

It really isn't about the product, though, as we have seen throughout time..it's about names and marketing, regardless of the sport..the NFL's actual product has been garbage for years, yet it's still by far the most popular sport in America..

NHL has no real personalities because everyone is either le tough guy or le good player humble guy. The only thing close to a unique, marketable personality is Patrick Kane (part of the reason why the Blackhawks are huge TV draws).

NBA has LeBron, Steph, KD, Russell, Harden, Popovich, Draymond etc.
NFL has Odell, Brady, Rodgers, Belichick, Brown, the Mannings, etc.
MLB has Harper, Puig, Kershaw, Bautista, Miggy
