Hard to believe anyone not mentality re ed would believe some kid ran the 200m faster than every Olympic 200m gold medalist up to 1968 when Tommie Smith ran his 19.83.

It's not about age, it's about meeting qualifying standards. OBVIOUSLY....no middle school kid has ever or will ever neet those qualification marks.

Somebody in that World 200m final won't break 20.00.
Was it pooptrain or poopbrain bird? I don't remember. Which one was it Avante?
Theolonius "Pooptrain" Bird, was a great HS sprinter at Baker HS in Jacksonville Florida in the mid 70's. He twice tied the HS 200m record and four times won the Florida State meet. He still holds school and county records.
After HS he went west to CPSLO, there he got in with the wrong crowd. And his sprinting potential was never realized. The last we heard of "Pooptrain" he was pimping somewhere in west Texas.
