It’s still mind boggling out of no where he comes up with this quad injury and he’s all of a sudden injured with little to none insight on it from the Spurs. I can’t wait to see him get back on the court.
Really? Please give us your in-depth analysis of all the other fan bases so we can make up our own minds.

hahaha, I don't believe he's that hurt. cmon man haha. This smells like some of Popovich's
So sad that the last time we saw him on the court, Kawhi was getting Zaza-ed!![]()
Just trolling the liberal media tbh
26 walking like he's 25. Good to hear
That Kobe treatment does make your legs younger.
All are on equal playing ground. Men with avatars, sigs, emojis, etc not a real secure place emotionally. Carry on
Looked like he was laughing to me
http://www.expressnews.com/spurs-nat...g-12296513.phpLeonard ‘progressing’: Injured small forward Kawhi Leonard and point guard Tony Parker traveled with the team to Chicago but did not play Saturday.
Though the Spurs have not put a timetable on Leonard’s return from quadriceps tendinopathy, there is growing optimism the two-time All-Star might be back sooner rather than later.
The latest update from Spurs coach Gregg Popovich remained nebulous.
“He’s progressing,” Popovich said. “I’ll just leave it at that.”
I wonder if Pop will hold him out through the early November Dubs game? Spurs should be able to win until then and Pop always likes to hold out a key cog (and who is more key than Kawhi?) during these early season match ups with THE main rival.
Welp didn’t make the trip for the 4 game road trip. Sucks that they won’t even give us a timeline for his return smh
Well he hasnt even had light practice yet and can barely get up a flight of stairs
Id be surprised to see him back in 2017
I hope Kawhi doesn't end up as one of those "could have been one of the greats if not for injuries" type stories
exactly how did he get injured?
It's an overuse injury, not something that's happened at some specific moment but something that has developed over time.
he barely plays!!!! haha
Kawhi's return for the 6 game home stand starting on Nov 2 "not ruled out" by Pop.
Which means nothing, I guess.
I heard Dr. Jason Garrett say on the radio yesterday that the Spurs are telling Kawhi that what he has is only pain that every high usage NBA vet has. It's something that he is going to have to learn how to play through. Evidently Kawhi has a low pain tolerance.
So what does that mean? Is Kawhi the one that is holding himself out not willing to play through pain? It sounds like the Spurs are telling him that he can play, but he's holding himself out?
I thought it's the Spurs medical staff that are holding him out? Can this get worse if he plays through it?
Explains why there's no timetable for his return. Only Kawhi knows at this point..
I don't believe that, at all.
"Low pain tolerance" just stfu you have no clue about the pain he's feeling. If this was going to be the pain he would feel regardless from this day forward there would be no point of keeping him out. it save him for the playoffs every season!
