Retweeting something isn’t endorsing the person. I could retweet your post about nba but it doesn’t mean I also endorse you on cuckoldry.
Globalists have been using this form of McCarthyism for quite some time.

You wound me. I was very happy to post Danica Roems statements as something to aspire to, and would happily post any equivalent from a Republican. , maybe I will go looking for statements worth praising from a GOP candidate.

You can't paint the two sides as morally equivalent. We just aren't.

The kinds of things I hear from fellow Democrats, even in private, never match the sheer jerkwadiness I see constantly from Republicans when you ask them about, say Roy Moore.
Living in Texas I personally see morals presented that I would say lean me towards a democratic point of view. From a personal behavior point of view, I would say the Republicans I know are much more stand up reliable people.
Admittedly in my very small world, but this is somewhat a basic trend I witness. I also see by far the most purely charitable acts from small Christian church groups. There are still white vans from small churches with volunteers running around down at our coast cleaning up the mess from Harvey. My friends down there say they flock in every week. So while our Governor sits on his hands doing nothing for individual families, the Boot's Christian Taliban is doing tremendous work. Ask the mayors of Rockport. Port A, and AP how they view our Republican State help vs. these individual church groups that probably elected Republicans.

So it's a confusing situation when you talk to someone who spouts off about " all these Liberals asking for handouts", while in the next moment they spend their entire weekend doing charity work for some poor person probably liberal who had their house devastated. And then go back to work claiming they had a great weekend.
    Actions and words...
And all anecdotal of course, so take it for what it's worth. The Republicans I know don't spend their weekends counting their money ala Mr. Burns. My world, it may be skewed based on my work and preferences for friends.

When you retweet a criminal guilty of race hate crimes in Great Britian you have not done your homework.

I live in SA. Texas is a very friendly state. Everyone says hi to everyone if you're slowly passing them. Cities and rural areas. But, the laws they represent are not there.

This is an accurate description and is pretty accurate for most Southern folk. People in California, in general, are s and lots of Cali trash out here. Yet, California is basically the template for Liberal progressiveness. Go figure. Made a trip to NYC a few months ago, first time since I was a young teen, and same thing- just more amped up.

It's one of the Southern most states. The basic Texan stereotype is big honky cowboys. How isn't it Southern?

Texas doesn't have a big Civil War history. I would think many Whites in Texas feel the same. We are the Lone Star State. We are not part of the south heritage.

Republic of TX Cons ution included slavery, TX seceded from and fought the Union, so it was, is definitely "the South"

"Texas had about 5,000 slaves at the time of its revolution in 1836, but by 1845, when the state was annexed to the United States, this grew to 30,000."

what in your opinion make TX non-"South", and what is in your opinion the "South"

Fascinating. You dont see what you can't see. Spend just a few moments in the comments sections of Vox, Huffpo et al. The sheer glee from commentors following natural disasters in consetvative states....boutonessque-jerkwadiness in spades. Yet I refuse to paint Liberals as jerks. Some are, some arent.

You've been on quite a roll since the election. Calm down.

And Texas is multi cultural. More than a few years in the Confederacy. As you can see, any Texan can attest. If youre not from Texas, you wouldn't know.
