    You experienced same injury?

He has been a second best player this season. He may not have had big games like Gay has but he has been solid. I was looking forward to see this roster healthy.

who knows...but is really sad when GSW has two of the players who have had more problems with injury (curry and durant) and can roll healthy us playoffs by facing teams without key players every year.

It's the damm resting, minutes control culture. Our guys can't stay healthy because they're always being treated like babies from pop whenever they have a little booboo.

Phil never rested his guys. And if he did, it wasn't a habit. It was a one off type deal. His players were always galvanized for a tough playoff run.

I could see Pop continuing to start BP3 in Anderson's absence until Kawhi returns tbh

Thank God if he didn't tear anything.
Isn't a sprain still a tear but with the sprain being a tear in the muscle or tendon vs. a ligament?

Is this really a thing? Getting injured because they play 32-34 mins instead of 40 or something like that?

At least Kyle has the decency to have a normal injury rather than Kawhi's mystery thigh syndrome.

That sucks for Kyle, he was playing well since the beginning of the season.. fortunately it does not seem very serious, he is young he should recover fast. Hopefully he has Parker genes and not Kawhi.

Pop has taken this "it's just basketball" mentality to another level.

It's not just one thing you can put your finger on. It's all things combined. It's just a babied mentality overall.

Just think of kids growing up. You had the kids that wore a sling or band aids or limped for every little thing. Those kids were always "getting hurt". Then you had kids who broke arms and we're still climbing trees wearing a cast.

Me too. I don’t think they start Gay. He’s the bench frontcourt player, and the bench needs chemistry building. He may play more minutes but considering rest schedules, sore heels, and back he’s had, Pop likely micromanaged his minutes and keep him in the bench. Hopefully Kawhi was just about to come back and play anyways.

I don't get it, if you're a Spursfan, not a playerfan, you want Kyle Anderson as far away from a court of basketball as possible, tbh

Agreed. I saw him at HEB in the cereal section (he picked up Captain Crunch Peanut Butter ).
Anyway, I watched him walk down the aisle and he clearly looked ready to go.
I think we could see him in limited minutes as early as tonight.
