The OIG investigation isn't complete I'm not sure why you would expect indictments before that happened.

McCabe lied to Comey, lied to the FBI OPR, and lied twice to the IG while under oath. Should McCabe be charged criminally yes or no?

Comey good now.
You moved your goalpost to Minnesota. That arrest had nothing to do with anything you ever posted before.
Don't know -- whose word are you taking that he lied under all those conditions?McCabe lied to Comey, lied to the FBI OPR, and lied twice to the IG while under oath. Should McCabe be charged criminally yes or no?
A Republican congressman?
Yes or no.
Yes, Jim Jordan read the IG report. Since neither one of us has read it I'll rephrase the question.
If McCabe lied to Comey, lied to the FBI OPR, and lied twice to the IG while under oath should McCabe be charged criminally yes or no?
I posted about Sessions going after leakers before, please reference your ST notebook.

I don't know the legal thresholds for prosecution in each case.
Do you?
Yeah, this is the guy you have been talking about this whole time.
In Minnesota.
Looks like you'll need to learn the legal thresholds for prosecution in each case and then answer my question.
Dodge #1.
Do you know them?
Yes or no.
I'm feeling generous on good Friday and did some leg work for you.
"Now I write about another tactic used in the OIG community when interviewing federal employees, whether you are the subject of the investigation or a witness. That tactic is the lie. First, let me remind you that it is essential to tell the truth to the OIG if you elect to answer their questions. Not telling the truth is a felony. It is either perjury (if you are placed under oath) or a false statement under 18 USC 1001 (if not placed under oath), and sometimes both. I’ve seen my share of federal employees prosecuted and sent to prison for not being truthful in an OIG or FBI interview. So if you have any hesitation about being completely truthful to the OIG, get an attorney to assist you in understanding the consequences of your truthful answers or the consequences of not answering questions because you don’t want to provide the OIG with that information."

If McCabe lied twice to the OIG while under oath should McCabe be charged criminally yes or no?
If they make that recommendation, sure.
You seem to think I'm as invested in McCabe, Clinton, Clinton, Rice, Obama, et.al. as you are in Trump, Trump, Trump, Kushner and Flynn.
I've always been fine with letting every investigation run its course. I think they're all good. You've just been waiting for blogs to tell you what to think and how to react to everything.
Ask the lawyer.![]()
like you don't run to an anonymous 1st year spurstalk lawyer for all your legal questions
your post count in every thread involving them tells a different story
I like debunking conspiracy theories. My post count in the other conspiracy threads proves that.
What is your latest conspiracy theory regarding Susan Rice btw?
About generic lawyer , sure.
But you're taking the word of a random lawyer to validate a case that no one knows what the outcome will be. That dude's take on what's gonna happen is as good as anyone's guess here.![]()
The conspiracy theory is that Trump colluded with Russia during the election to sway it, what have you done to debunk that?
I think there was more than enough evidence to merit the current investigation. If it's allowed to run its course without interference, it will debunk whatever conspiracy theory needs debunking, which will more than likely include your various conspiracy theories you have adopted over these past months.
Now what is your conspiracy theory regarding Susan Rice these days?
It's not a conspiracy theory because Mueller doesn't investigate conspiracy theories. If it were, he would be investigating pizzagate.
So you did not read what he told the Senate when questioned? He told the Senate he never met with any Russians when in fact he met with the Fckn Russian Ambassador 3 times during the campaign.
What are you rambling on about? Did you read questioned by senators
Sessions is a liar.
.
Well that lie was OK.
Read again.
Muellers team reviewed his testimony to the senate and said Sessions didn’t lie and was not being investigated.
