This is the first time in over a decade where I won’t be buying league pass next season. These s are really starting to kill my interest in the league.

Lakers bandwagon is up and strong again. And small market teams like the Spurs have now been phased out. Exactly what Stern wanted during the Duncan era.
    Lakers vs Lakers

Kind of wish MLF season overlapped the NBA season a little more. I would rather watch Fatball over this pussified league. Srs.
I took that pill a while ago. MLB needs to jump on the chance to really stake their position over the NBA now. This will alienate NBA fans nationwide. I don't care how many social media mentions the league gets, they're setting up themselves up for a popularity decline. One key reason the NFL ascended over baseball back when, is because the MLB was very much like today's NBA, with the Yankees, et al talent hoarding. Parity was abysmal and leaguewide attendance was . The NFL designed the league where it felt like any team had a shot, "Any Given Sunday" and all that. But baseball does face a bit of a challenge being a slower sport and not highlight centric, which is why Manfred needs to ins ute that pitch clock ASAP next season. Get average game length around 2:30, encourage players to dance, bat flip, whatever. I'm really not favoring MLB over NBA, just that NBA needs to feel some pressure. Their arrogance is getting kind of NFL level.

Nobody wanted him? Just 5 mil wtf?
    Fresh off a torn achilles
Most teams prolly scared off by that alone
He comes back balls w/ GSW for a year on a discount w/ a high probability to win a ring
And if he plays well he gets paid in FA next year

I’m sure he had other offers, he’s taking a pay cut for 1 year to ring and to look good for next year’s free agency.

I agree with your point, but I don't think they're going to suffer in the next 2-3 years, at all..I'd actually bet that it will be more popular with the casuals IMO..

LeBron on the Lakers will draw big and when they sign Kawhi next season, they'll have a narrative to push..and to elaborate on our conversation the other day, the NBA will probably switch to 1-16 seeding to force a Lakers-Warriors Finals

I think they'll take a hit when LeBron retires, though..

OMFG please install this . I used to love baseball when games were 2 1/2 hours long. With the current length I can't get into it unless I'm in the stadium, and that's not an option in San Antonio.

no point in watching now if you know the end result--nba should just hand over the golden ball to gs for the next 3-4 years

nobody was gonna max him. and if he wanted to play on a 1 year deal to earn one more massive contract, no better place than golden state

It's a no-brainer move for Cousins..if he had joined a team as a high-usage player coming off an Achilles tear, he would have looked terrible and hurt his stock going forward..

Joining the Warriors means all he has to do his shoot open 3, finish and making smart passes(which he's great at)

Last year was such a great opportunity to beat GS, since literally all their off-season additions were non- factors..ugh..
