18th to 14th pick can mean all the difference between a lonnie walker and a kawhi leonard.

or a Donovan Mitc the last few years more and more teams have discovered NBA talent in picks 10 to 15 (Yianis, Nephew and Donovan Mitc are three name that pop to mind, but there are others as well).
