There’s rumblings that the Spurs are in the talks with OKC about a potential trade. I don’t know if it’s to be the other team in a 3 team trade or for Chris Paul directly but apparently Pop is still very high on Chris Paul and would love for him to be a Spur and a mentor to the younger generation. They’re even willing to part with Derrick White which is why they inserted him back in the starting line up to showcase his talent.

We need to continue our search for our point guard of the future (whether he is currently on the roster or not), but making a move for Chris Paul is neither a “win now” move or a move oriented towards future success. I don’t wanna hear about CPIII tbh.
