David Bowie has the right idea. The pumpkin flavor is definitely from a syrup, not the espresso.

That would suck. That means there is no end to what flavors I can come up with. I may just dip a butter finger in my cup next time. But how come the beans at HEB are already flavored how do they make the actual bean taste like coconut?

They do flavor laughing gas with bubble gum in hospitals. It's pretty gross.
