Not Impossible to change an IP address.
Sure it's pretty easy to change your IP using a proxy server.
But it's pretty difficult to change it to something specific.
She always says she's a nursing student at UTSA .. and sometimes her IP is from UTSA.

Yeah, the old herbi put a lot more work into her abrasive posts. The new one's drive-by insults are almost as annoying as mine.
The new variety also has an affinity for the Caps Lock.
