yes, in my opinion, and before trial was underway, i thought there was no shot that trump would have been found liable for rape. the thread le was specific to rape. my next comment, though clearly just snark/joke, was also limited to the rape allegation
if somebody had asked me at the time if i thought there was a reasonable chance of trump being found liable for sexual abuse, i also probably would have said no, though felt less strongly about it than rape.
but hey, at trial, we are introduced to evidence/testimony/information that we potentially were not aware of pre-trial. for instance, trump's deposition footage was not publicly available until this past friday, even though it was taken back in october.
