In my opinion, if you have someone at 1, and they went 4 (for example), that is 3 slots away so 3 points.

That is how I scored mine.

They should be zero. Should only count with the teams who played both rounds which are just a couple, but for the teams with only one round it should count as 0, no continution with no 2nd round in play.
