have you ever had back problems? mcgrady doesn't seem to be faring too well with them the last 2 seasons. maybe the rockets are making him play as much as they can to avoid being a team like san antonio, but they probably would have been better off in the long run letting him sit most of the season. back problems can't be surgically repaired as easily as a knee problem - most of the solutions involve fusing vertebrae which makes it pretty tough to play basketball. i guess larry bird is a wimp cuz his wittle back hurt him enough to make him retire?

Yes, me too...George Gervin...Jimmy Si...George Karl...Johnny Moore...Mark Olberding...those were the days. I used to go to Spurs games in the old Hemisfair Arena when you could get a nose-bleed seat ticket for $5 and have a whole section to yourself. I used to take my sister to the games when the Spurs would be playing the Rockets...she went to Samuel Clemens High School, where Robert Reid graduated, and he was still with the Rockets (it was before he went nuts). She wouldn't sit with me because she rooted for the Rockets and I rooted for the Spurs. So, she would sit in one section and I'd sit in another section. It was just us and the recruits from Lackland up there in the top. Good times.

Post the quote when I said I didnt like the Spurs??? I respect Duncan for staying in school. He seems to own up to being a role model regardless of liking it (unlike Barkley). I dont have respect for the current Spurs front office, for the way they cheated the system. He sould have gone to a truly crappy team instead of one just tanking it to get a higher pick. And I will continue to voice it regardless if you like it or not.
