It was Percy Howard in Super Bowl X. I don't know his college though.

You win!!!! I do not know what, but you do win!
Best player on the Govs when Percy 'THE BIRD' was there was James "FLY" Williams who played in the ABA at the end of that league's existence.
Their point guard had one of the best names in sports...
Charlie Fishback.

BUT...I DIGRESS...I guess i am trying to put the NEW 81 out of my mind
Well at least this got you to stop ing about the Super Bowl.
If you follow the last fifteen years, the Cowboys have never been viewed as "the good guys", especially by people like you. In the era of free agency, this is what happens, like it or not. You can always hope that TO blows up the team, but since you are making it a character debate, somehow I don't think you believe that's going to happen.
Since I'm a Cowboys fan, I have to find a way to justify this in my mind, just like I did when the Spurs signed Fin. Here's how I'm going to do it: When TO holds up the Super Bowl trophy, I'll be thinking of all the Eagles fans that cheered when Michael Irvin was being carried off the field on a back brace with his head immobilized.
if the Cowboys can convince Keyshawn to come back at a discount, draft good, they are the best team in the NFC east, BY FAR.
A wise man once said...
"Why do we play? We play to win the games."
TO will help us win the games. That is all.
It's a shame that someone like you...a Philly fan has to smack about pride, when all the Philly fans have no pride in their team. They are losers.
Fact is, there is so much history and pride with the Dallas Cowboys, that one incident like what TO did isn't a slap of disrespect. A player like TO who hasn't won a single SB, can't disrespect an organization that has won 5 and has been in numerous others.
this may help get the cowboys to the superbowl, mainly due to the fact that the NFC is incredibly weak, but there's no way they can beat Indy, NE, Pit, Den, KC or any other top team in the AFC. Pitt was a 6th seed in the AFC and stomped the #1 seed in the NFC so that right there shows you how much better the AFC>>> NFC.
This whole thing stinks of desperation, this is Tuna's last year and the cowboys are throwing up a hail mary praying for a chance at another super bowl win but it's not gonna happen.
TO to Cowboy fans You all better get your Popcorn ready this is going to be a show. He is going to run wild this year good pick up Jerry....
It's him?
![]()
......as eagles fans crawl and wimper to the there hole like a small dying rat.
The more he makes the Eagles fans cry, the more I'm going to root for him.
He is still the best Receiver in Football, any team who had a shot would be crazy not go after him. Same as when Kobe was a FA you have to take your chance with a player like that.
Gotta tell ya, I always hated TO's celebrations and media coverage, but I realized the guy was just making more money doing it, and it worked, it was all business...
I'll be rooting for him....
I am sure he will be seen in one soon.
Actually, he lost a year of earning a paycheck that he'll never get back. He would always have gotten paid because of his talent. He probably shouldn't be signing contracts if he's going to want to renegotiate it every year.
TO wouldn't be TO if he wouldn't be doing all those celebrations and the drama...
The celebrations cost him a small fine. The drama has cost him a lot. His accountant probably explained that to him. We'll see. He's got at least 29 chances after this, because there's always going to be someone stupid enough to sign him once, and a couple of teams stupid enough to sign him twice.
My first post in this forum. Won't stick around, but here's my take.
The Cowboys have a good defense. Bledsoe is a good quarterback. There running game is, not bad. Witten is nice, TO will put them over the top. Few years from now TO will be the Roger Clemens of baseball (see Boston debacle). Holler.
