We could have used this shooting in Denver....

or maybe just balls.
70% 3-s...that is just great.
wow.
(Nova + Spurs) x both had/having great nights = I am happy.
i'm glad our 3-pt shooters are on tonight. but they have to be careful..some games, they've been accused of falling in love with the 3-pt too much..
the C.H.E.S.T. thread wasn't made on that day.
our rebound is still absolute . we are up almost 20 points yet are only +1 in the rebound category. against detroit we'll get eaten alive
Seems like Kobe is a breast man too, watch out ladies
17 points in the first quarter, 5/7 on 3's.
hey, we've alrdy got 20, last time we got only 28..![]()
yeah, i get what you mean. the rebounding is still far from spectacular
Halftime Stats
Spurs 51: 51.2% FG (20-39), 9-13 3FG (69.2%), 2-4 FT (50%), 20 Reb (Duncan 5), 4 OR, 16 Asst (Duncan, Ginobili, Finley 3), 3 fouls (Duncan 2), 5 Stl (5 with 1 each), 2 Blk (Duncan, Barry), 6 TO (Parker 3). Barry 15 pts (5-5 3FG), Ginobli 12 (4-7 FG [2-3 3FG], 2-2 FT].
Portland 35: 43.2% FG (16-37), 2-6 3FG (33.3%), 1-2 FT (50%), 19 Reb (Przybilla 6), 3 OR, 8 Asst (Jack 3), 6 fouls (six with 1), 2 Stl (two with 1), 2 Blk (Przybilla 2), 8 TO (Blake, Dixon, Jack 2). Randolph 9 (4-10 FG, 1-2 FT), Dixon 7 (3-6 FG, 1-2 3FG).
We need to get a badass, vicious rebounder.
Detroit always murders us on the boards, they get more offensive boards on us than we get total boards, it's just pathetic.
Kori is gonna have to ask Brent one of these days if he knows anything about C.H.E.S.T.
Pop has used it a couple of times when the team goes small and Tim is out--it usually works pretty well. The ball moves rather nicely- doesn't it?
Just thought I would point out who was in the game when the Spurs took over-- Manu, Brent, Rasho, Beno, and Finley. Score was 27-23 wth 7 minutes to go in the half when this line-up entered. Spurs had 24 points in the next 7 minutes-- mostly Brent!!
Who is this guy and what did he do with Brent Barry???
i mean its great to be up 20 i'm really happy but rebounding is gonna make or break our le run. if we're gonan eb outrebounded -25 to detroit (which is very likely) we're not give ourselves much of a chance
i'm hoping that the reason our rebonding is so low is because we are hardly missing!![]()
Is it just me or does Randolph always light up the Spurs?
that too...![]()
actually prior to this game randolph was 10-40 against the spurs this season. pop put bowen on randolph last time the played in the 2nd half so maybe he'll do that again this game
yep..i remember how browen shut him out that time in the 2nd half..
Thanks, sleeper.
Nazr with an Assist, block, board in sequence. Nice.
3 PFs on Timmy...why am i not surprised?
Three on both Tim and Nazr.
ZERO on the entire rest of the team.
