dude i totally broke that story in my row at work.
It's true. She was across the aisle from me. She and her friend had seats 1 and 2 three other ladies had seats 3, 4, and 5.
AJ's wife was there before the 3 ladies came and she decided that she liked seats 2 and 3 more than 1 and 2.
When the three ladies showed up with their tickets she refused to move because "the angle of view is better here".
Well no lady, but that isn't your seat.
Graciously the woman who's seat was TAKEN, decided to not make a stir, so she took seat 1 and her two friends took the other two seats on the other side of AJ's wife and her friend.
Everything was pretty much fine until about 5 minutes to go in the game when one of the ladies came back to get in seat 5 and AJ's wife wouldnt let her in.
Apparently this lady had been to the restroom too many times and had made her get up enough.
Insults were thrown by both sides... AJ's wife WAS throwing the F-bomb. The two ladies in 4 and 5 were throwing and Ho out there. It was pretty funny.
AJ's wife was in the wrong. Security was called but they really just refused to touch her. She was screaming at them that she wanted the OTHER two ladies removed because they had been getting up too much.
It was pretty rediculous.
AJ's a class act, his wife is a Grade A .

I agree but Christian or not that woman isn't what you think. My sister-in-law used to be the hostess at an upscale downtown dining facility. Well as I was told, it was about 30 minutes after closing and the kitchen was closed but the front door was open because the bar was still open. In walks AJ and his lovely wife. AJ then asks said S-I-L if they can get something to eat. My S-I-L politely tells him that the kitchen is closed and that the cooks are cleaning up for the night. AJ understands and thanks her but the wife then asks "Do you have any idea who we are? We are paying patrons and you will seat us and have the cook stay and provide us with a meal!" My S-I-L goes back to the kitchen and discovers that all of the cooks are in fact gone for the night and returns to have AJ and his wife. Mrs. Avery then proceeds to inform said S-I-L that she will have her job for failing to accomadate them. I don't recall her mentioning any f-bombs but the latter part of the conversation was laced with profanity. She did in fact call the restaruant the next day and tried very hard to get my S-I-L fired. Mind you this was just after the '99 Finals so she probably felt they were celebrity status since AJ hit the series clinching shot. Upon request, I can PM you names, name of restaruant, cook's iden y, if you'd like.The Johnsons are some of the most Christian people you'll ever meet. There's no way she would be railing f-bombs during a game. Think about how long she's been around the game and the example AJ has set.
Well I am going to throw in my 2 cents, back in 99 the year we won the championship. I saw Mrs. Johnson at a target and she was yelling at this poor girl about a price on a shirt. There were 5 of us in line hearing this and we were all pissed.
One guy in line told her to calm down that she was making a fool of herself and her reply was "Do you know how I am, I am Avery Johnson's wife" and we are looked at her like what a .
I would say about 10-15 people saw this incident and every since then I have
no respect for this lady.
